Contraction timer

The common rule of thumb for active labour is "5-1-1": contractions 5 minutes apart, lasting 1 minute each, for at least 1 hour straight. This timer tracks both numbers for you and tells you when you've hit that pattern — always confirm with your doctor or midwife rather than relying on this alone.

Track more than one number

The Nawah app saves all of this automatically — week, weight, movements and contractions — in one place.

This guide is general information, not medical advice. It does not replace a doctor, and it knows nothing about your particular pregnancy. If something feels wrong, contact your doctor instead of waiting for the next scheduled visit.
